We hope you’ve joined us for one of our fun-filled LEGO drop-in programs at the College Terrace Branch Library on Friday afternoons. We’re excited to announce that we’ve added another LEGO drop-in to our lineup at the Downtown Library! Join us on Tuesday afternoons from 4–5 p.m. in the Downtown Branch Library's El Camino Room to flex your creativity and building skills.
In addition to being a fantastic way to introduce the engineering and art concepts of STEAM, playing with LEGOs also supports early childhood development by encouraging problem-solving, teamwork, self-confidence, and creativity. We’ll have traditional-sized LEGOs for builders ages 4 and up, and Duplo bricks for our younger participants. If you’d like, we can take a photo of your creations at the end of the program to showcase!
Program Details:
Tuesdays from 4-5pm @ Downtown Library
Fridays from 4-5pm @ College Terrace Library
We look forward to seeing you at one of our upcoming programs! In the meantime, check out this list of LEGO books to get inspired.
