Valentine Kindness

How can Valentine’s Day still be sweet when we all continue to social distance?  Here are some ways to share love with the community in the spirit of Valentine’s Day and ways to take care of your heart!  

Random Acts of Kindness  

If you’ve heard news stories about a stranger paying a bridge toll or someone experiencing an unexpected good gesture and wondered how to participate in the kindness movement, the Random Acts of Kindness Foundation has you covered!  Their blog has all kinds of ideas that are easy, fun, and meaningful.  Random Acts of Kindness Week 2021 will be celebrated February 14 – 20, check out their resources for generating gratitude and goodness. 

Take Care of Your Heart 

February is American Heart month!  Be your own best Valentine and check out the resources for heart healthy foods and activities from the American Heart Association 

Give yourself a care package...of art!  The Rubin Museum of Art has curated a Care Package collection of videos, activities, and mindfulness practices to explore!
