Storytimes On Break in August

Our storytimes will be taking a break in August. In the meantime, keep practicing with your little ones to build up their early literacy skills. From singalongs to animated picture books, we have a variety of resources to help your child learn and stay engaged.

Sign Language Storytime: While our librarians take a storytime break, we welcome Teacher Bill to the Children's Library!  Join us on Wednesdays in August at 10:30 a.m. to sing, dance, read, and learn some American Sign Language with your child!

Read Together Storytime Kits

Our librarians have put together early literacy kits, opens a new window to help you take storytime home! Each one contains a unique set of picture books with different themes packaged in a handy backpack. Kits are available to check out for three weeks and renewable as long as there are no holds. Explore our catalog to see what themes are available.
