Community Room Rental Application and Agreement

The Palo Alto City Library’s mission is to enrich lives and engage the community with knowledge, information, and enjoyment. The Library has community rooms available for public use by organizations for educational, cultural, intellectual, civic, or charitable activities. * indicates a required field.

    Please note that reservations for smaller meeting rooms can be made via LiquidSpace and do not require you to fill out or submit this form.

  • Would you like to request a series of specific days or range of dates? For example: weekly on Fridays, every third Thursday, the first Monday September through December, etc. Use this field to indicate how often you would like to use the room.
