Do you love writing and want to share your work with your community? Have you ever wanted to be published in a literary journal? If you said yes to either (or both) of those questions, we have good news: submissions for the Palo Alto City Library Teen Literary Journal are now open!
We will be compiling a teen-written, teen-driven anthology released for National Poetry Month.
-
Bay Area teens ages 13-18 are invited to submit to our first issue in either prose or poetry. You may submit up to five pieces of poetry or up to 3000 words of prose.
-
We ask that only teens living in the Bay Area submit their work to this anthology.
-
We support creative freedom, but we ask that submissions do include any hateful words toward other people or groups.
-
Submissions will close on January 14 at 11:59 PM.
-
Please submit all entries as one Word document or PDF, or share the link to a document or folder with all submissions included. (If sending a link, make sure that we can access and download the file(s)).
