Silicon Valley Reads 2018

Silicon Valley Reads is an annual community program that selects books focused on a contemporary theme and offers free events throughout Santa Clara County to engage the public in reading, thinking and discussing the topic.

 

This year’s books selections are:

My Lovely Wife in the Psych Ward by Mark Lukach

Goodbye, Vitamin: A Novel by Rachel Khong

The Library will host a variety of programs, including:

- February 5-9: Storytimes will include a craft activity of making Valentines for veterans, seniors and sick children.

·February 11 (3 PM): Author Event with Mark Lukach @ Rinconada Library, 1213 Newell Rd.

·February 13, 12 PM: Brown Bag Book Club discussion of My Lovely Wife in the Psych Ward by Mark Lukah @ Rinconada Library, 1213 Newell Rd.

·March 29, 7:30 PM: Silicon Valley Reads Book Discussion: Goodbye, Vitamin by Rachel Khong @ Mitchell Park Library, 3700 Middlefield Rd.
